How we handle your information

What we collect

• Inquiry details: name, email, phone, and event details you type into our inquiry form.
• Quote & booking records: the custom quote we prepare for your event, plus payment status.
• Private client galleries: the photos and videos we deliver to you, the email addresses allowed to open the gallery, and your selections.
• Email verification codes: 6-digit codes we send to confirm you own the email you entered on the private gallery screen. Stored as hashed values and only valid for 15 minutes.
• Marketing list (optional):your name and email if you ticked the “send me updates” checkbox on the inquiry form or asked us to add you.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote tailored to your celebration.
• To deliver private galleries and download links to the people you authorise.
• To send transactional emails about your booking (quote, gallery invite, access code, your selection confirmation, and the final download link).
• To send occasional promotional emails — only if you opted in. Every one of those emails includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

Cookies and storage

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage values:

• Necessary: admin sign-in cookies, private gallery session cookies, and the consent setting you pick in the cookie banner. These cannot be turned off because the site needs them to work.
• Analytics:if and when we add analytics, we only load it after you tap “Accept all”. We don’t load any analytics today.
• Marketing:any future ad or campaign tracking would only load after you accept marketing cookies. We don’t use any today.

You can change your choice at any time by clearing your cookies or revisiting this site from a private/incognito window.

Sharing and storage

Your details stay with our small studio team. We use third-party services to host the site (Vercel), store photos (Supabase Storage), keep our database (Supabase Postgres), and send emails (Resend). Those vendors process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver our service.

We never sell your information.

Promotional emails & unsubscribe

Promotional emails are completely separate from our transactional ones. Unsubscribing from promotions does not affect quote emails, gallery invites, access codes, or download links — those are essential to your booking. You can unsubscribe from promotions any time by clicking the link at the bottom of any promotional email.

Retention and removal

We keep inquiry, quote, and gallery records for as long as they’re useful to your booking and ours. Private galleries have built-in expiry and deletion dates and are cleaned up after the access window closes. If you’d like a copy of your details or want everything removed, email muktamoments@gmail.com and we’ll handle it personally.
